Consumer Complaint & Legal Notice

A clear complaint or a formal legal notice for deficiency in service or a defective product — with your demand and a deadline. Free, and processed privately.

How to write a consumer complaint

  1. Choose a complaint letter or a formal legal notice.
  2. Enter the company, the product/service, order/bill details and what went wrong.
  3. State your demand — refund, replacement or repair — with a deadline.
  4. Print or “Save as PDF”, and send it (keep proof of delivery).

Complaint first, then a notice

Start with a firm but polite complaint letter. If the business does not resolve it, escalate with a legal notice that references the earlier complaint and gives a final deadline before approaching a consumer forum. Keep copies of bills, chats and emails as evidence.

Note: consumer laws and forums differ by country. In India this typically falls under the Consumer Protection Act. This is a general template, not legal advice.
