Four formats — mutual, one-way, employee confidentiality, or with a non-compete clause. Pick one, fill the form, and print. Free, and processed privately.
How to write an NDA
- Choose the type — mutual, one-way, employee or with non-compete.
- Enter the parties and the purpose of sharing information.
- Set the confidentiality term.
- Print or “Save as PDF”, and have both parties sign.
Four NDA formats
- Mutual — both parties share and protect information (e.g. exploring a partnership).
- One-way — one party discloses; the other keeps it confidential.
- Employee — a confidentiality agreement for a staff member or contractor.
- With non-compete — a mutual NDA plus a non-compete / non-solicit clause.
Note: enforceability of non-compete clauses varies by jurisdiction. This is a general template, not legal advice.
