How to bill a customer with Vaend POS

1. Enter your shop details once — name, address and GSTIN are remembered in your browser for the next bill.
2. Type an item name, quantity, rate and GST%, then press Enter or tap Add to bill. Repeat for every line — save frequent items for one-tap billing.
3. Add a discount, choose CGST + SGST, IGST or a single tax, and pick the payment mode. For cash, type the amount tendered to see the change due.
4. Switch the layout to 58mm / 80mm thermal or A4, then click Print / Save PDF.

Choose how the customer paid — Cash, UPI, Card or Bank. For cash sales, enter the amount tendered and the tool works out the change to return, so you never fumble the math during a rush. The amount in words is added automatically for a professional finish.

Every bill can be saved in your browser and reopened, duplicated or deleted later — handy for repeat customers or end-of-day totals. Your shop profile, logo, frequent items and saved bills stay on your device.

Is this POS tool really free and private?

Yes. It is completely free with no sign-up. Your shop details, items and bills are created and saved only in your browser and are never uploaded to any server.

Can I print to a 58mm or 80mm thermal printer?

Yes. Select the 58mm or 80mm layout and print — the receipt is sized for standard thermal POS printers. You can also print A4 or save a PDF.

Does it handle GST?

Set a GST% on each item and the bill totals the tax for you, splitting it into CGST and SGST for local sales or IGST for inter-state. You can also bill with no GST if you are unregistered.

Can I remember my regular items?

Yes. Save an item as a quick chip and add it to any future bill with one tap. Quick items are stored in your browser only.
